Katrina’s practice focuses on the defense of banks, housing and auto
finance companies, loan servicers, credit card issuers, short term lenders,
debt buyers and debt collectors in individual and class action cases filed in state and
federal courts. She is frequently invited to speak on financial services litigation and
class action topics at conferences sponsored by the American Bar Association, the
Conference on Consumer Finance Law, ACI, and other leading industry trade groups,
and is a prolific author in the area of consumer finance.
