Agnes Bundy Scanlan, Esq., has a long and distinguished career in corporate
strategy and governance, and global regulatory and risk management. At
present, Agnes is a senior adviser for Treliant Risk Advisors where she
counsels financial services firms on various matters including strategy,
governance, regulatory and risk management matters. She also served as a
senior adviser at Treliant from 2012 to 2015.
From 2015 until 2017, Agnes served as the Northeast Regional Director of
Supervision Examinations for the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
(“CFPB”).
Before initially joining Treliant in 2012, Agnes was the chief
regulatory and compliance officer, and global chief privacy officer at TD
Bank. She worked in similar roles at Bank of America and its predecessors.
Agnes also served as counsel at Goodwin Procter and for the United States
Senate Budget Committee.
