Alvin C. Harrell is the Robert S. Kerr, Sr. Distinguished Professor of Law at Oklahoma City University School of Law, where he teaches courses in bankruptcy, commercial paper and bank deposits and collections, electronic commerce and consumer law. Mr. Harrell is also President of Home Savings and Loan Association of Oklahoma City. He is coauthor of several books, including The Law Of Modern Payment Systems and Notes (2d ed. 1992) (with Professor Fred H. Miller). He is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and Oklahoma City University, and its School of Law.
