Heather Thayer is a Shareholder with Thayer Legal Services, PLLC.
She is a senior attorney with over twenty-five years of law firm and
in-house experience specializing in consumer lending
compliance, including residential mortgage originations, servicing and
foreclosure operations. She works primarily with mortgage lenders
and servicers providing support to servicing operations, including
large transfers, loss mitigation and bankruptcy advice. She also
assists mortgage lending functions including marketing, application
and closing disclosures and third-party originations. Before opening
her own firm, she worked at firms such as Dorsey and Fredrikson &
Byron and worked in-house at Wells Fargo and TCF Bank, among others.
