Ms. Bizar is a recognized expert in financial services law, mutual fund regulation, bank regulation and compliance, and consumer lending operations. She is Vice President and General Counsel for TERI, a nonprofit organization that promotes educational opportunities through its College Access and Loan Guarantee Programs. Before joining the non-profit, Ms. Bizar spent over 30 years at a variety of financial institutions including GE Capital Corporation and the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston. She is an adjunct professor of the Boston University School of Law. She is a graduate of Boston University and Boston University School of Law.
