Former Chief Privacy Officer for Bank of America, Ms. Warren is a compliance management consultant to financial services firms. Prior to retiring from Bank of America in 2005, Ms. Warren served in various capacities, first in the company’s Legal Department and, later, in various public policy and risk management roles. As the company’s Consumer and Commercial Compliance Executive, Ms. Warren was responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of compliance policies, procedures, controls and monitoring programs for Bank of America’s consumer banking, commercial banking and consumer products (including card services, mortgage, consumer insurance and online banking) divisions. She is a graduate of Smith College and Emory University School of Law.
