David S. Willenzik is the senior partner and managing director of the business law section of McGlinchey Stafford, PLLC, in New Orleans. He is nationally known in the areas of banking, mortgage and commercial finance law, asset based lending, equipment leasing, consumer financial services law, secured transaction litigation, defense of lender liability claims, and consumer credit litigation defense. Mr. Willenzik is a graduate of the University of Illinois and Louisiana State University Law School.
