Ms. Huber is a partner of Hudson Cook, LLP, and manages the firm’s Los Angeles office. Ms. Huber’s practice includes the counseling of financial institutions and financial services companies in the areas of consumer lending and retail financial services, including federal and state regulation of consumer lending and leasing and state licensing issues. She is experienced in counseling lenders regarding Federal and state law considerations in the establishment of housing finance programs, auto finance and leasing and other consumer loan and indirect programs.
Prior to joining Hudson Cook, Ms. Huber served as in-house counsel with Toyota Financial Services, the finance subsidiary of Toyota Motor Sales USA, Inc. and earlier was in-house counsel with Mitsui Manufacturers Bank in Los Angeles. Ms. Huber is a graduate of Western State University College of Law.
