Until his retirement in 2014, Mr. Merryman was Vice President and Associate General
Counsel of Ally Financial Inc. He has served as Vice President, Public Policy and
Corporate Secretary of Ally Financial Inc. and its predecessor company GMAC. Mr.
Merryman is a graduate of St. Olaf College and Stanford University Law School.
