Mr. Hayden is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Alliance Data and General Counsel of Alliance Data’s two bank subsidiaries: World Financial Capital Bank and World Financial Network National Bank. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University and the Georgetown University Law Center.
