Annual Dinner
The ACCFL’s Annual Dinner took place on March 17, 2007 at the Columbus
School of Law Atrium at The Catholic University in Washington, DC.
Highlights of the evening included induction of new Fellows and
presentation of awards.
Lifetime Achievement Award
Kathleen Keest, of the Center for Responsible Lending in Durham,
North Carolina, was awarded the prestigious William Proxmire
Lifetime Achievement Award. Roland Brandel of Morrison and
Foerster had the honor of presenting the award to Ms. Keest.

Writing Competition Chair, Fred H. Miller, presented the
2006 writing competition awards to recipients in the Best
Student Article, Best Professional Article and Best Book
